  6. I've been studying holistic medicine for 9 years now. The very first thing that came to mind when you had mentioned you have excessive problems with scaring and that you believe you bruise more easily than others was that your body may need more hydration than you've been currently giving it (when you made this video). Our blood becomes thicker when we're dehydrated. When the body has an insufficient amount of water to properly function it will take it from every part of our body that has it including our blood. The symptoms of this are seriously innumerable. The proper amount of water to intake on a daily basis is half of our bodyweight in pounds, calculated to ounces. So for example; if you weigh 160 pounds, in order for your body to perform it's best you should drink 80 oz of water a day which adds up to 10 8oz glasses or 5 16oz water bottles a day. That amount may seem like allot but that simple task has honest to goodness changed my life! I can concentrate better, my skin is clear and healthy, I have proper bowl movements, I don't feel tired all the time, the pain In my muscles has diminished. . Lol the benefits I've listed sound like a commercial for a glamorourized, expensive weightloss supplement advertised by Big companies that pay people to lie about their product but I haven't! I described water and it's free, avaliable to everyone at anytime and honestly, I'm positive it will decrease your bruising and properly hydrate your body while also decreasing that harsh scarring you're soo susceptible to. I would also take some oils too, omega 6,3 & 9 in the Forms of borrage, fish and flaxseed. Oils have a similar effect as water as they can both thin your blood preventing bruises and lubricate your skin's 7 layers of tissue preventing skin to scar as it is stretched due to weightloss/gain. My darling…I Hope my years of suffering without this knowledge then FINALLY figuring it out myself will be of great benefit to you!! God bless and thank you for your informative videos. I'm sure they will help many men and women searching for a voice they can trust and relate to that will honestly share their experience discussing the pros and cons. Hope you have a Great day!! xoxoxo´╗┐
